DIY Detox Foot Soaks
The fact is, the bottom’s of our feet are highly absorbent. So detoxing through your feet is still possible without spending money on products with no scientific backing.
We highly recommend trying our easy detox foot bath recipes for a relaxing, soothing and therapeutic detox session in the comfort of your own home.
You can purchase a proper foot bath, or alternatively to save money, use a large bucket.

SEA SALT DETOX BATH
1 cup of sea salt (do not use table salt)!
1 cup of Epsom salt
2-3 drops of essential oil (try lavender to relax, or peppermint for aching feet)
2 cups of bi carb soda (baking soda)
1 cup apple vinegar
First boil a bowl of water, then add the Epsom and sea salt and stir well. Now fill your foot bath with hot water and add the mixture, then add the essential oil and a little vinegar. Immerse your feet in the bath for half an hour to completely remove all toxins through your feet.
BENTONITE CLAY DETOX BATH
½ cup of bentonite clay
½ cup of Epsom salt
3-4 drops of essential oil
Pour the Epsom salt in a bowl of boiling water and let it dissolve. Add to your foot bath and then add the bentonite clay and essential oil. Let your feet soak in the mixture for up to 30 minutes to remove the toxins from your body and increase your magnesium content.
OXYGEN DETOX BATH
2 cups of hydrogen peroxide
1 tablespoon of ginger powder
Fill your foot bath with warm water and add the ingredients and let your feet soak for half an hour. This bath is great against skin irritation and allergies, while also removing all the toxins from your skin.
